1.The filter expanded metal is installed on the outer layer of the filter to protect the inner filter paper or filter cotton. Raw materials of filter mesh are stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and copper etc. These metal materials used for filter mesh have the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, tension resistance and abrasion resistance, stable filtration, high precision etc. The filter mesh made of these metal mesh has the advantages of strong nodes, not easy to crack, rust-proof and durable, and easy to process.

3.Filter expanded metal is used to support the filter element and protect the filter paper and non-woven fabric inside.

Thick: Between 0.4 to 0.8 mm.
Hole size: Common are 4*6mm, 5*10mm, 7*12mm，8*16mm, 10*20mm, 12*25mm.
Width: General are 1m, 1.5m, 2m, special width can be customized.
Length: 10m, 20m etc.
Height: 1m and 1.25m, which can also be cut to the clients’ requirement.

Application

Filter expanded metal is generally used for the air filter element, auto filter, ship filter, central air conditioning filter element and some mechanical filter elements. It mainly made of stainless steel which is suitable for both low and high temperature environment. Due to stainless steel itself has the characteristic of anti-corrosion and anti-rusting, so it can be used again after cleaning, which could save the cost of frequent replacement.

2.Program-controlled switch and special constant temperature and humidity air conditioner components for machine room.
