1. The overall height of the windproof and dust suppression net should be more than 10% higher than the height of the normal coal storage pile, and the higher part should not be less than 1 meter. There must be a solid wall of more than 1 meter at the bottom.
2. Without wind and dust suppression nets, coal cannot be stored. For coal mines with a capacity of 300,000 tons/year and below, the coal storage area should be set according to the 7-day output.
3. Windproof and dust suppression nets should adopt stable structures such as steel bracket structures and be designed based on the local maximum wind speed that occurs once in 50 years as the wind load.
4. The windproof and dust suppression net adopts reinforced concrete structure, and the service life of the overall structure should be more than 15 years.
5. The windshield should be based on local actual conditions and design requirements. The opening rate should be between 30% and 40%. In windy weather above level 4, the wind reduction rate should be greater than 60%.
6. The windshield material must be flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant, with a service life of more than 15 years.
7. The construction unit of wind and dust suppression walls must have corresponding qualifications in civil engineering, steel structure, etc., be registered with relevant institutions, and accept supervision and management.
