1. The perforated mesh operator must learn, master the structure and performance of the equipment, be familiar with the operating procedures and obtain operating permission before operating independently.
2. Use the safety protection and control devices on the equipment correctly and do not dismantle them at will.
3. Check whether the transmission, connection, lubrication and other parts of the machine tool and the protective insurance devices are normal. The screws for installing the mold must be firm and must not be moved.
4. The machine tool should be run empty for 2-3 minutes before working, and the flexibility of the control devices such as the foot brake should be checked. It can only be used after confirming that it is normal, and it must not be operated with illness.
5. When installing the mold, it must be tight and firm, the upper and lower molds must be aligned to ensure the correct position, and the machine tool must be moved by hand for trial punching (empty car) to ensure that the mold is in good condition.
6. Pay attention to lubrication before starting the machine, and remove all floating items on the lower bed.
7. When the punching machine is taken or punching, the operator must stand properly, keep a certain distance between the hands and head and the punching machine, and always pay attention to the action of the punch. It is strictly forbidden to chat with others or make phone calls.
8. When punching or making short workpieces, special tools should be used. Do not feed or take parts directly by hand.
9. When punching or making long parts, a safety support rack should be set up or other safety measures should be taken to avoid digging injuries.
10. When punching alone, hands and feet are not allowed to be placed on the hand or foot brakes. You must move (step) once after punching to prevent accidents.
11. When more than two people operate together, the person responsible for moving (stepping) the brake must pay attention to the movements of the person feeding the material. It is strictly forbidden to take parts while moving (stepping) the brake.
