Flame retardants are added to flexible windproof and dust suppression nets during the production process. After passing the flame retardant test, it can meet safety production requirements.
Conditions that plastic flame retardants should meet:
(1) Does not reduce or rarely reduces the original physical, mechanical and electrical properties of plastics.
(2) The thermal stability cannot be too good, because when the plastic is subjected to strong heat, it must decompose quickly to exert its flame retardant effect, but it must be stable at the plastic processing and molding temperature.
(3) Weather-resistant and durable, it will not gradually fade away during the use of plastic.
(4) Good compatibility with resin, no pollution and no smell.
(5) Low price.
There are three types of windproof and dust suppression nets:
Unimodal type (monomer)
The molding width is between 250mm-500mm, the peak height is 50mm-100mm, and the length can be processed within 6 meters.
Twin peaks (double body)
The molding width is between 400mm-600mm, the peak height is 50mm-100mm, and the length can be processed within 6 meters.
Trimodal type (triplet)
The molding width is 810mm, 825mm, 860mm, 900mm, etc., the peak height is 50mm-80mm, and the length can be processed within 6 meters. The thickness of the plate is 0.5mm-1.5mm.
The maximum length of the windproof and dust suppression net shall not exceed 6.15 meters (the longer the net is, the further away from the steel structure, the worse the wind blocking effect will be). Peak height 7.5cm has the best windproof effect. This was determined through wind tunnel testing by the National Academy of Sciences. In summary. Due to different geographical environments and different meteorological conditions in different places, different specifications and models of windproof and dust suppression walls should be used to achieve effective windproof and dust suppression effects. Only professional design can ensure the safety and environmental protection of windproof and dust suppression walls.
