In daily life or industrial use, punching plates are increasingly being used. Punching plates are made of metal plates using special molds on CNC punching machines. They can punch out products of many shapes or sizes according to needs or drawings.
Punching plates can be divided into many types of materials. Generally, steel materials include cold-rolled plates, hot-rolled plates, manganese steel plates, galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, etc.
1. Cold-rolled plates are a type of plate rolled below the recrystallization temperature. The thickness can be customized from 0.2mm to 4mm, the width is 600mm to 2000mm, and the length of the steel plate is 1200mm to 6000mm. Since cold-rolled steel plates do not need to be heated during the production process, the surface finish is very high and the dimensional accuracy is also very high. The surface anti-corrosion treatment after punching is also very smooth.
2. The surface finish of hot-rolled plate is much rougher than that of cold-rolled plate. Since hot-rolled plate is rolled at high temperature, it has stronger ductility than cold-rolled plate. It is widely used in the production of perforated plate products that require secondary processing such as bending and coiling.
3. Manganese steel plate is a low-alloy high-strength steel plate with a yield value of 345, commonly known as Q345 steel plate. It is mostly used in mining screens, stone screens and other places in the punching industry. Manganese steel perforated plate has very strong impact resistance and wear resistance.
4. Galvanized steel plate is coated with a layer of metal zinc on the surface to prevent corrosion of the steel plate and extend the service life of the perforated plate. The perforated plate made of this plate has better anti-rust effect.
5. Stainless steel plates are mostly used in humid or corrosive places in the punching industry. Stainless steel perforated plates have stronger corrosion resistance and wear resistance than galvanized plates, but the price is much more expensive than galvanized plates.
6. Aluminum perforated plates are generally used in the decoration industry. For example, if the ceiling is made of aluminum perforated plates, it has a sound-absorbing effect. Moreover, the aluminum plate has a very light weight and can effectively prevent the ceiling from sagging naturally after a long time.
