The installation method of windproof and dust suppression net

The design and construction are mainly divided into four parts.

(1) Underground foundation of dust-proof net: It is made of prefabricated concrete blocks or cast on-site underground foundation.

(2) Windproof net support structure: Engineering design parameters are designed according to wind force and wind speed. The support is supported by steel brackets. The brackets mainly provide sufficient strength for the "wind and dust suppression wall" to resist the damage of strong winds, and secondly consider the overall appearance. The main body of the bracket is made of steel pipe, and the reinforced concrete pillar is used as the bracket of the "wind and dust suppression wall".

(3) Windsheet installation: the service life is 15 to 20 years. Operating environment temperature: -40°C to +80°C, the connection is fixed with screws and pressure plates. The specific size, curvature and opening ratio of the wind-shielding and dust-suppressing pulley should be designed according to the actual conditions of the yard.

(4)Retaining brick wall: In order to prevent the coal mud water from overflowing after rain and snow, a 1.2-1.5m retaining brick wall can be installed at the lower part of the windshield wall.

Electrostatic spraying: The five links of the windproof and dust suppression net are powder spraying on the surface so that the product will not corrode and rust under various harsh environments.
