Pierced pipes are mostly produced by direct welding of stainless steel perforated mesh or carbon steel perforated mesh rolls, which means that a component rolled into a cylindrical tube by a porous mesh plate is directly welded. We can also call it a perforated pipe, filter pipe, etc.
Perforated mesh rolls can be used as filter pipes, so what is the principle?
The aperture of the perforated pipe is used as a filter medium. The solid-liquid separation depends on the small holes in the slender tube and the solid and liquid are tightly attached to the wall of the perforated tube under the simultaneous action of stamping and collision, and the liquid flows out through the small holes. Those fine suspended particles, colloids, etc. can be simply removed. Perforated pipes can be customized for petroleum filtration, beverage filtration, pharmaceutical industry drug filtration, water dispenser purification, sewage treatment filtration, etc. due to different occasions. The hole size is highly accurate and is produced to meet the requirements of different customers.
It is not so easy to make a finished stainless steel perforated mesh welded pipe. Each step must be tested to see if it is qualified to achieve customer satisfaction. So what are the inspection items for perforated mesh welded pipes?
1. Raw material inspection. Whether it meets the customer's steel requirements;
2. Punching inspection. Whether the hole size and hole type are punched according to the customer's requirements;
3. Coil welding straightness inspection. Whether the verticality meets the requirements;
4. Roundness inspection. Whether the roundness of the coil meets the requirements;
5. Slitting inspection. The slitting size is uniform and whether the slitting meets the requirements;
6. Pickling. Pickling degree detection;
7. Passivation inspection. Passivation degree detection, whether it meets the requirements;
8. Finished product inspection. Check whether the finished product meets the requirements after completion.
