How to install and construct the aluminum plate perforated mesh ceiling

The perforated mesh used in building ceilings has a fashionable trend. It is widely used because of its light weight, easy transportation and installation, diversified hole types, flexible size, and moderate opening rate. So how to install and construct the aluminum plate perforated mesh ceiling?

1. Construction preparation for installing perforated aluminum plate
Prepare materials: light steel main keel, connectors, hanging parts, spare parts (including hangers, basket screws, nails, self-tapping screws, etc.), perforated aluminum plate, etc.
2. Working conditions
1. After installing various pipelines and ventilation ducts in the ceiling, determine the position of the lamp, vents and various exposed openings.
2. All materials are matched and prepared.
3. Set up the ceiling construction operation platform frame.
4. Before the large-scale construction of the light steel frame ceiling, the model room should be constructed first. After the arch of the ceiling, the structural treatment of the light trough opening, the block division and fixing method are tested and confirmed by the construction unit and the supervisor, large-scale construction can be carried out.
3. Process operation process
Operation process: Marking line - installing the main keel hanger - installing the main keel - installing the secondary keel - installing the side aluminum strip - installing the aluminum plate - installing the lamps and vents.
(I) Marking line: According to the floor elevation horizontal line, use the ruler to measure the vertical vector to the ceiling design elevation, mark the keel position line on the top plate, and mark the ceiling elevation horizontal line on the wall.

(II) Installing the main keel hanger: After marking the ceiling elevation horizontal line and the main keel position line, determine the elevation of the lower end of the hanger, and fix the hanger according to the main keel position and hanging spacing; the hanger adopts Φ8 threaded screw, the length of the hanger should be determined according to the elevation of each part, and the spacing of the hanger is 900~1200.

(III) Install the main keel
1) Install the hanger nut and install the hanging parts on the main keel in advance.
2) The main keel adopts: Long brand light steel keel, numbered CB38×12; the spacing of the main keel is 1200mm.
3) Install the main keel: insert the hanging parts of the assembled main keel into the corresponding hanger bolts according to the position of the dividing line, and tighten the nuts.
4) Connect the main keels, install the connecting parts, and adjust the elevation and straightness by pulling the wire.
5) Install the additional main keel at the opening, set and connect the clamps.

(IV) Install the secondary keel
1. According to the secondary keel dividing line that has been drawn, clamp the secondary keel triangular hanging parts.
2. The secondary keel adopts: K-type secondary keel, numbered: KB33×30; the spacing of the secondary keel is 600mm.
3. Hanging secondary purlins: hang the secondary purlins on the main purlins through triangular hanging parts according to the main purlin spacing specified in the design.
4. When the length of the secondary purlins needs to be extended by multiple pieces, use the secondary purlin connector to connect them while hanging the secondary purlins, straighten and fix them.

(V) Installing edge aluminum strips
1. The specifications of the edge aluminum strips are: 25mm×25mm.
2. The elevation of the ceiling installation requires that the edge aluminum strips be fixed with cement nails around the wall.

(VI) Installing aluminum gussets
1. According to the design requirements, the ceiling of this project uses 600mm×600mm perforated aluminum plates.
2. The ceiling elevation is: the bathroom and corridor ceiling elevation is tentatively set at 2.40m.
3. The plane layout of the ceiling aluminum gussets is detailed in the attached figure.
4. Install aluminum gussets: When installing the aluminum gussets on the ceiling, press lightly along the order of the flanged parts, and push the two sides of the square plate completely into the secondary keel before pushing it tight. It is strictly forbidden to load and unload it violently; and straighten the edge aluminum strips and fix the edge aluminum plate.

(VII) Install lamps and vents
1. Arrange lamps and vents according to the ceiling plan.

2. While installing the aluminum gussets, make holes for each lamp and vent, and install lamps and vents. (The specific size is subject to the lamps and vents provided on site)
3. Quality standards
1) The material, variety, style, and specifications of the light steel keel and panel meet the design requirements, and the large, medium, and small keels are installed in the correct position, straight, without bending, deformation, and firm connection without looseness.
2) The panel has no defects such as delamination, warping, cracking, missing edges and corners, and must be installed firmly.
3) The panel surface is flat, clean, consistent in color, free of pollution, anti-rust and other defects.
