Stainless steel anti-skid plates, as the name suggests, are rust-free anti-skid steel plates. Since there are many types of stainless steel materials, many people don't know what kind of anti-skid steel plates they should choose in the corresponding environment.
Before introducing anti-skid plates, let’s first understand the types of anti-skid plates. Anti-skid steel plates are generally divided into two types. The first is a skid plate with a convex front and a corresponding depression on the back, and the second is a convex front and a smooth back. If you are using it in an ordinary environment and the requirements are not particularly high, only the first type of anti-skid plate is available (which is also used by most people). For example, luxury elevators, villas, and shopping malls generally use the second type of anti-skid plate.
Domestic anti-skid plates are widely used in carriages and stair steps. Any shape can be customized. When choosing, choose the corresponding material according to the environment.
1. If it is used in a dry place indoors, you can choose 201# stainless steel. (201# should not be bent too much)
2. If it is a relatively humid place, such as a factory workshop with oil stains such as outdoor rain, kitchen drains, etc., you should choose 304# stainless steel. (Higher nickel content is less likely to rust)
3. Choose 316L stainless steel for seaside and marine environments. If you choose 201 for a marine environment, it may rust the next day and sea fog corrosion is more serious.
Stainless steel anti-skid plates are also pressed from flat plates. The conventional thickness range is: (0.8mm-6mm). Some factories can only achieve 3mm. Conventional length and width dimensions are: 1000*2000 1219*2438 1219*3050 1500*3000 1500*40000, etc.
Daily maintenance of stainless steel anti-skid plates: Generally, oil stains can be wiped clean with detergent and a rag. If it is welding slag or other areas that are attached or has rusted, you can choose to apply steel wash water and wait for 2-3 minutes and rinse with clean water.
