The raw materials of galvanized perforated mesh can be divided into the following five types according to the production process:
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel plate perforated mesh. The thin steel plate perforated mesh is immersed in a molten zinc tank to make a layer of zinc thin steel plate round hole mesh on its surface. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in a plating tank with molten zinc to make a galvanized steel plate;
2. Alloyed galvanized steel plate perforated mesh. The perforated mesh is also made by hot dip method, but after leaving the tank, it is immediately heated to about 500℃ to form an alloy round hole mesh film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good adhesion of paint and weldability.
3. Electrogalvanized steel plate perforated mesh. This galvanized steel sheet made by electroplating has good processability. But the coating is thinner and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot dip galvanized sheet;
4. Single-sided and double-sided differential galvanized steel plate perforated mesh. Single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, products galvanized on only one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc. In order to overcome the disadvantage of single-sided uncoated zinc, there is another galvanized sheet with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet;
5. Perforated mesh alloy, composite galvanized steel sheet. It is a steel plate perforated mesh made of zinc and other metals such as lead and zinc to form an alloy or even composite plating. This galvanized perforated mesh has both excellent anti-rust performance and good coating performance.
