Prepare materials:

Coloring treatment steps

2. Pour 88% tap water into the container, and then pour 12% concentrated sulfuric acid into it while stirring, but be careful not to put sulfuric acid first and then water, because concentrated sulfuric acid and water will generate high heat, and the water will boil instantly, which is very dangerous. The amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and water should be enough to cover the aluminum plate perforated mesh. Wait for the solution to settle to room temperature before proceeding to the next step, but be aware that the effect is not good when the solution temperature is higher than 20℃, and the anode hardness is very high when it is below 10℃.
3. Connect the two stainless steel plates with wires, place them on both sides of the container, and connect the negative power supply.
4. Connect the cleaned aluminum plate perforated mesh to the positive pole of the power supply and soak it in the container.
5. Let it sit for about 60 minutes and it will be done.
If you want to make the aluminum plate perforated mesh into the texture of stainless steel plate, you only need to polish the aluminum plate perforated mesh first and then color it. If you want to present a gun gray or mist black texture, you need to sandblast the aluminum plate perforated mesh first, then anodize it, and immediately transfer it to a black or gray mineral pigment container for soaking after the anodizing is completed. The soaking time determines the depth of the color. You can soak it in any color you want.
