I. Expanded metal filter mesh

Dongjie company can offer expanded metal filter mesh in standard specifications. The expanded mesh is commonly constructed with materials o galvanized steel or stainless steel. The common hole sizes are 6*12mm, 8*16mm, 10*20mm etc. Thickness are 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, or custom. The common width are 600mm and 658mm. 

Applications of the expanded metal filter element

The expanded metal filter element can be made into tubes for filtering solid, water, and other goods. The expanded metal filter elements are also good support mesh of other filter elements, such as knitted mesh filter elements, carbon filter elements, and other filter elements. The expanded metal sheet can be used as a support screen of the filter elements, such as dust filters and air filters, and also can be used in the Y strainer for filtering solid, water, and other goods.

II. Perforated metal filter mesh

Stainless woven wire mesh is especially versatile because it is extremely chemical resistant, works with hot or cold liquids, and is easily cleaned. Aluminum woven wire mesh is lightweight, strong, has high electrical conductivity, and a low melting point. The aluminum mesh also significantly resists atmospheric corrosion. Carbon steel and galvanized wire mesh are strong, economical, and readily available. Other exotic materials such as copper and nickel can also be woven into woven wire cloth.
